Dr. Rosenstein is a Board - Certified Neurosurgeon and has been in full - time practice in Arlington, Texas since 1985. While specializing in treating disorders of the spine, he also treats patients suffering from compressive peripheral nerve problems such as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and ulnar nerve entrapment at the elbow.
